1. Place the jam or golden syrup into the base of a greased 1ltr. microwave pudding basin. Microwave on High for 30 seconds.
2. {mosgloss=cream} together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and {mosgloss=fold} in the flour. Place the mixture on top of the jam or golden syrup.
3. Cover with microwave cling film and cook on High for 5 minutes until risen and set. Stand for 5 minutes before turning out.
