g butter

g caster sugar

g soft brown sugar

level tbs golden syrup*

g rolled oats
Microwave - Flapjack Directions
Grease a 20cm square shallow baking dish.
1. Place the butter and sugar in a microwave mixing bowl. Cook on High for 1-1 1/2 minutes until the butter has melted.
2. Stir in the syrup then work in the oats until completely mixed.
3. Press into the prepared dish and microwave on High for 4 minutes. Leave to cool in the dish. Cut into pieces whilst still warm.
Based on a 600W oven
*easier to do if you warm the syrup slightly by placing the can in a jug of hot water - be careful that you do not burn yourself!
