Recipe

  • 225 g long grained rice
  • 2 tbs creamed coconut
  • 120 g Parsons laverbread smoked mussels, oysters or cockles

Zakuska Directions

  1. Cook the rice as per the maunfacturers instructions along with the creamed coconut - drain and add the laverbread.
  2. Serve hot, topped with the mussels, oysters or cockles
