Remoulade Sauce

Make celeriac remoulade by mixing this sauce with a fine {mosgloss=julienne} of celeriac - using either a {mosgloss=mandoline} or the coarse side of a cheese grate.

  • 250 ml good quality or homemade mayonnaise25 g capers, chopped50 g gerkins, chopped1 tsp anchovy purée or essence

    combine all the ingredients and chill.
