  • 2 breasts of chicken
  • 2 Shredded Wheat
  • of grated cheese
  • 1 egg

Shaggy Nuggets Directions

  2. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  4. 1. Prepare the chicken by removing any fat then cut into chunky cubes.

  6. 2. Crumble the Shredded Wheat biscuits then add a handful of grated cheese, combining well.

  12. 3. On a dinner plate, beat the egg then toss the chunks of chicken in it until they are all coated.

  14. 4. Roll the egg-coated chicken in the Shredded Wheat and cheese mixture, place on the parchment lined baking sheet then bake for about 10 minutes in the pre-heated oven until cooked through.
