1. Dissolve 2tbs black treacle in the tea. Place the All-Bran, Weetabix, raisins and sugar in a mixing bowl and pour over the tea. Mix well then set aside.
2. Whilst the mixture rests, preheat the oven to 180 degrees C, grease and base line a 1kg loaf tin with kitchen parchment.
3. Sieve together the flour, baking powder and coffee then sieve into the cereal mixture and mix together thoroughly.
4. Using a spatula, tip into the prepared loaf tin, spreading evenly and smoothing the top so no fruit is visible. Place in the centre of the pre-heated oven and bake for about an hour until slightly risen and firm to touch. Remove and cool for 10 minutes before turning onto a wire rack.
