  • 2 pita breads toasted
  • 1 small tub good quality hummus
  • 1 pack Rannoch Smokery sliced smoked goose
  • 1 tblsp chopped pitted black olives
  • peppadew peppers, drained *
  • 1 tbs seed mix or pumpkin seeds
  • bunch coriander

  2. Open the pita breads and fill with all the ingredients. Scatter over some seeds and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
