Ginger Marinade for Steak

Deliciously fresh flavoured but I’m not giving particular quantities, it is dependant on the quantity of steaks you wish to prepare. Just make sufficient to coat the meat.

  • couple cms fresh giner, peeled & grated
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 1 red chilli, split lengthways
  • slug olive oil
  • drizzle fish sauce

Ginger Marinade for Steak Directions

  1. Using a non-reactive container, combine the marinade ingredients in advance, add the steak, cover and store in the fridge until time for supper. Sear the steak in a preheated, hot frying pan or grill, cooking for a few minutes on each side.
