Ingredients

For 1 people

Recipe

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g soft brown sugar
  • 3 tbs golden syrup
  • 250 g rolled oats

Flapjack Directions

  1.  
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C / gas mark 4, grease and line the base of a shallow 20cm square baking tin.
  3. Using a medium sized saucepan, melt together the butter, sugar and syrup. Stir in the rolled oats & mix thoroughly. Tip into the tin, smooth the top and bake for  about 25 - 30 minutes until golden. Cut into slices whilst still warm then let it cool completely before removing from the tin.
