Recipe

  • 20 x 4cm diameter chocolate cases
  • 50 g chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 quantity Raspberry Hib! Creme

Frozen Hib! Bombs Directions

  1. 1. Fill each chocolate case with Raspberry Hib! Creme, leaving a space of about 2mm at the top. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Carefully spoon a little melted chocolate on the surface of each bomb, easing out with a small brush. Chill to set.
  3. 3. Freeze in the silicone mould. Allow to stand for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving.
