Ingredients

Recipe

  • 125 g butter
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • handful of finely snipped chives
  • zest of 1 lemon

Chive Butter Directions

  1.  Cream the butter until soft. Beat in the lemon juice, chives and lemon zest. Spoon the butter onto a piece of cling wrap and form into a log shape. Chill, cut and use as required. It may be frozen for up to 3 months.
