Fajita Marinade

This will be about enough marinade for 4 servings of meat. It is easily doubled and tripled for larger portions.

  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • 50 ml red wine or cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dried origano
  • 1 tsp hot chilli powder
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • black pepper

Fajita Marinade Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients together. Place your meat in a medium sized plastic food bag (such as zip lock) and pour in the marinade, making sure all the meat is covered then chill until required.
