Basil, Lemon & Garlic Goats Cheese Dip

A clean tasting, light and flavour packed dip to serve with drinks. This keeps well for 2-3 days in the fridge.

  • 100 g soft, rindless goats cheese
  • 150 ml pot natural Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbs chopped basil
  • zest of 1 lemon, finely chopped
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Basil, Lemon & Garlic Goats Cheese Dip Directions

  1. Combine all the above ingredients and chill for a couple of hours before serving as a dip with vegetables, crackers or crisps.
