Chestnut Stuffing
A traditional winter stuffing for turkey.

Recipe
- 75 g wholemeal breadcrumbs
- 200 g pre-cooked chestnuts
- 100 g sausage meat
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
Chestnut Stuffing Directions
- Finely chop the chestnuts then mix all ingredients together.
- Sausage Meat Stuffing: as above but omit the chestnuts. Add a little lemon zest.
