Cocktail Pizza

Looking for something a little different but, quick and easy to serve with drinks? Here is your answer..... I have not given quantities as you can make as much or as little as you require.

1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C
2. 1. Using a cutter, cut 4cm rounds from the pizza base.
3. 2. Top each pizza disc with a slice of tomato, chopped spring onion and feta cheese.
4. Bake for about 8 minutes until brown and bubbling. Serve either hot or cold.
