For 4 people


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 tbs milk
  • flour
  • cornflour
  • paprika
  • oil for frying

Fried Chicken Directions

  1.  Place the chicken breasts onto a large chopping board. Place a sheet of baking paper over them and using a rolling pin, bat until flattened. Beat the milk into the egg and pour onto a dinner plate.
  2. Mix together the plain flour, cornflour and paprika and place on a second dinner plate. Dip each chicken escalope in the egg and milk then into the flour and paprika mix.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan and cook the breaded escalopes , turning half way through cooking. Keep warm in the oven until you are ready to serve.
