Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is a really quick and easy cookie recipe which is no trouble to double. It is possible to freeze the extra batch but, I don't think you will need to!

  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 75 g light brown sugar
  • 2 tbs golden syrup
  • 175 g SR flour
  • 100 g chocolate chips
  • 2 tbs milk

Chocolate Chip Cookies Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C; Line 2 baking trays with parchment
  2. 1. Cream the butter or margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy then stir in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. 2. Drop spoonfuls onto the baking trays then bake 8-10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
