Peach Crunchy Crumble

  • 175 g SR flour
  • 75 g chilled butter
  • 75 g demerara sugar
  • 800 g can sliced peaches - light syrup or no added sugar, drained

Peach Crunchy Crumble Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C/ Gas Mark 5
  2. Arrange the drained peach slices into an ovenproof shallow serving dish. Rub the butter into the flour until it looks like fine breadcrumbs. Add sugar and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the peaches. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until the crumble is golden.
  3. Serve with a spoonful of vanilla ice cream
