Oriental Salmon

I like to bake this in individual ovenproof dishes - it makes serving really quick and easy. Serve with steamed veggies for an almost instant dinner.

  • 4 salmon fillets, bonedand skinless
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • handful of coriander, chopped
  • 1cm ginger, grated
  • couple tbsp soy sauce

Oriental Salmon Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C
  2. Place each salmon fillet in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with the onion, coriander and ginger. Drizzle with soya sauce to taste then slam in the oven for 20-25 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon.
