Soyer's Laver Ramifolles

There is a whole range of potato products in the freezer departments but none quite so amazing as this dish!

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tbs orange juice
  • 225 g Parsons laverbread
  • 1 egg

Soyer's Laver Ramifolles Directions

  1. 1. Boil or bake the potatoes. Remove skins and mash with butter, milk and a little flour.
  2. 2. Spread half of the mixture in a swiss roll tin. Cover with laver, dressed with orange juice.
  3. 3. Spread the remaining potato mixture on top and refrigerate.
  4. 4. When cold, cut into squares, dip in egg and then breadcrumbs and shallow fry until crisp.
