Gratin Of Laverbread And Oysters

A really quick light meal or a starter for a dinner party. Garnish with a little fresh salad leaves.

  • 200g can Parsons Laverbread
  • 16 oysters (opened)
  • lemon juice
  • 50g fresh breadcrumbs, toasted
  • 25g butter
  • 4 gratin dishes

Gratin Of Laverbread And Oysters Directions

  1. Place 50g of the laverbread in each dish and place 4 oysters on top of each and sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Cover with the breadcrumbs and top with butter. Bake in oven at Gas Mark 4, or equivalent, for a few minutes.
