Spaghetti Alla Busara

For 2 people


  • 250 g dried spaghetti
  • oil
  • 4 cloves {mosgloss=garlic, crushed}
  • 1 small dried chilli, crumbled
  • 400 g can chopped tomatoes
  • 500 g fresh cooked prawns, peeled
  • pepper
  • chopped parsley

Spaghetti Alla Busara Directions

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to manufacturers instructions. Tip into a colander and run cold water through. Reserve.
  2. 2. In oilve oil saute the garlic and chilli until soft but not browned. Add the tomatoes and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  3. 3. Add the prawns and allow to heat without cooking. Season to taste.
  4. 4. Tip a kettle of boiling water through the spaghetti and place in warmed bowls. Pour the sauce over and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
