  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets, batted out
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • chunk of fresh parmesan, grated

Parmesan Crusted Garlic Chicken Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Line a baking tray with baking parchment
  2. Spread the crushed garlic over the two pieces of chicken. Sprinkle over the parmesan cheese then bake for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
