Potato and Salmon Rolls

Quick and easy for lunch or main meal

For 10 people


  • 1 lb mashed potatoes
  • 1 lb salmon cooked and flaked ( or canned )
  • little mayonnaise
  • juice
  • chopped

Potato and Salmon Rolls Directions

  1. (1) mix together the potatoes and salmon, add some salt/pepper, mayonnaise,lemon juice and parsley
  2. (2) form into 10 or 12 rolls, using enough flour to prevent sticking
  3. (3) melt some butter in a frying pan, fry the rolls until lightly browned.

  4. Serve piping hot with vegetables or a salad
