Salmon–Jambon Wraps

Searching for an instant supper, just reach into the fridge for the mayo and packet of ham to produce this meal-in-minutes then serve with a simple salad.

For 4 people


  • 4 heaped tsp good quality mayonnaise
  • ground black pepper
  • 4 salmon fillets, skinnedand boned
  • 4 slices cured ham such as Bayonne or Serrano

Salmon–Jambon Wraps Directions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees C & line a baking tray with parchment

    1. Using a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and black pepper then smear an equal quantity over each salmon fillet.

    2. Carefully wrap a slice of ham around each fillet, the joint being on the underside then place into the pre-heated oven for about 20 minutes until the salmon has cooked through.
