Smoked Rannoch Ham and Mango Salad

  • 100 g Smoked Rannoch Ham
  • 1 large mango removed from stone and cut into strips
  • 125 g ball mozzarella torn into strips
  • of basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Smoked Rannoch Ham and Mango Salad Directions

  2. 1. Whisk together the olive oil, honey and lemon juice to make a dressing.

  3. 2. Combine the mango, mozzarella and basil leaves in a large bowl.

  4. 3. Divide the salad between two bowls, top with the prosciutto slices and serve with the dressing.
