  • 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 45 ml red wine vinegar or fresh lemon juice
  • black pepper

Chimichurri Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, let it so the flavours marry for 30 minutes then spoon it over meat ot chicken.
