Mars Bar Crispies

These are a hit with the kids - and I saw a few adults steal some! They look a bit icky-sticky but, they love them!

  • 6 x mars Bars
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 1/2 box chocolate Rice Crispies cereal

Mars Bar Crispies Directions

  1. 1. Line a cupcake tin with paper cases.
  2. 2. Cut one Mars bar into thin slices and reserve. These slices are to go on top of the cakes.
  3. 3. roughly chop the remaining Mars bars and place in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Add the butter then stir until melted and smooth.
  4. 4. Add the chocolate Rice Crispies. Mix until they are thoroughly covered with the melted chocolate mixture.
  5. 5. Press into the paper cases and top each one with a small slice of Mars bar. Chill.
