Garlic Butter

Make your own garlic bread, or simply have a stash in the fridge to add to heated oil, garlic butter is the ultimate convenience ingredient.

For 1 people


  • 125 g butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed then chopped
  • zest of 1 lemon, finely chopped
  • 1 tbs finely chopped parsley
  • salt & freshly milled black pepper

Garlic Butter Directions

  1. Cream the butter then add all the other ingredients. Spoon onto cling wrap and form into a log shape. Chill and slice to use as required.
  2. Note - If you are storing in the fridge for a few days, pop it into a ziplock bag or foil to prevent the garlic smell seeping into other foods.
